The Black Bear Tavern and Restaurant offers Deep Creek Lake's best live music, unbeatable drinks, and just the right kind of food! Opened in 1999, BBT has been serving up the good times for nearly two decades! Taking over in 2011, the Clapsaddle Family has continued the rich tradition of Black Bear's eclectic mix of Good Food, Good Friends & Good Fun! With the best burgers and crab cakes on Deep Creek Lake, our kitchen turns out some of the tastiest treats you can imagine, and our well-stocked bars and amazing bartenders are always ready to turn out an awesome cocktail or three ;-) Our large screen TVs make the Black Bear the best place to catch your favorite sports teams, and we've always got all the games! Complete with darts, foosball, pool & bar games, the Black Bear Tavern and Restaurant has all the ingredients you need for a great time.
